Respecting your privacy is important to Marnic Group.
1.1 This Privacy Statement is issued on behalf of the Marnic Group group of companies, so references to “Marnic Group”, “we”, “us” or “our” are references to the relevant company in the Marnic Group group responsible for processing your personal data. This Privacy Statement describes the personal data that Marnic Group collects from you when you access any of our products or services, visit any Marnic Group website, contact us or request further information regarding a product or service. It also describes how your personal data is used and processed by Marnic Group and for what purposes we process it. This Privacy Statement should be read together with any other privacy notice or statement that we provide on specific occasions when we are collecting or processing your personal data so that you are fully aware of how and why we are using your personal data. This Privacy Statement supplements the other notices, but does not override them.
2. Personal data we collect about you
2.2 We will collect, use, store and transfer different categories of personal data about you as follows:

This includes your name and job title, and for certain Marnic Group services accessed by you in the European Union (EU), will also include your date of birth, nationality and national ID (such as your passport number).
ii) Professional Contact Data
This is the data that allows us to contact you and includes your email address, postal address, and telephone number.
iii) Technical Data
This includes your internet protocol (IP) address (which helps us to determine the location of the device you use to connect to our systems and to determine the number of devices simultaneously accessing the product), your username and password, and the information which we obtain on your technical profile through our use of cookies on your browser.
iv) Professional Profile Data
This is data that you may provide to us about your job role, function and business focus.
v) Marnic Group Relationship Data
This is data we obtain from our interactions with you and includes details of any calls you have made to our help desk, visits made to you by our staff, marketing materials you have received, your email communication with our staff, data about your preferred activities for marketing events or the Marnic Group events you have attended, and your preferences in receiving marketing communications from us.
vi) Product or Subscription Usage Data
This is data we obtain about your usage of our products and services, including when and which products you have used, subscribed for or are enabled to access, and the content and functionality you have used in those products and services.
vii) Publicly Available Information
This includes data we obtain from directories, websites, public records or media sources.

This is data we obtain from Marnic Group affiliates or third parties, including for example KYC (know-yourclient) information regarding your employment status and the results of any regulatory screening processes, and could also include conference lists and financial services directories.

This is data we obtain from other Marnic Group companies or through our Marnic Group website or other Marnic Group clients.
x) Surveys, competitions, prize draws
This is data you provide us with when you participate in our competitions, prize draws or surveys.
2.3 Please note that if you fail to provide us with personal data which we are obliged to collect by law, or under the terms of a contract that we have in place with you, then we may not be able to provide our products and services to you, but will notify you if this is the case at the time.
3. Access to your information
3.1 You have the right to ask for a copy of your individual information that is being processed. In this case, Marnic Group will provide the requested information without delay and at the latest within one month of receipt of a valid request. Should however a request be unfounded or excessive, Marnic Group is in its right to:
3.1.1 charge a reasonable fee considering the administrative costs of providing the information; or refuse to respond.
3.1.2 In the event that you need to rectify your personal data, Marnic Group will respond within a month and make the appropriate changes.
3.2 Should you wish to either rectify or require a copy of your personal information, you must submit a request explaining what information you seek to acquire along with proof of identity to [email protected]
4. Management of personal information
4.1 We are committed to safeguarding and protecting personal data and will implement and maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to protect any personal data provided to us from an accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed.

i) we train our employees who handle personal information to respect the confidentiality of customer information and the privacy of individuals;
ii) requiring our employees to use passwords and two-factor authentication when accessing our systems;

i) using dedicated secure networks or encryption when we transmit electronic data for purposes of outsourcing;
ii) practising a clean desk policy in all premises occupied by us and our related bodies corporate and providing secure storage for physical records;

5.1 We maintain appropriate administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect against the loss, misuse or unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of the personal data you provide to us. 7. Changes to this privacy statement and your duty to inform us of changes
7.1 The Company may change and update the terms of this Privacy Policy from time to time. All amended terms shall be effective five (10) calendar days after their initial posting on the Company’s Website, or as of the first time that the Client access and or uses Online Trading Facility after such amendments were made, whichever is sooner, unless the Company amends the Privacy Policy to comply with legal or regulatory requirements. In the latter cases, the amendments will become effective as required, or ordered.
